Successful Business Owners do things that everyone knows that they should do, it's common sense stuff; but common sense isn't always common practice. Here's a list of the key things:
Make time to work ON the business, not just IN it.
Begin with the end in mind - always remembering what outcome they are after when setting out on a particular activity (e.g. networking)
Do everything as effectively as possible.
Let go of 'perfection', finished and out there is better...
Accept that they can't know everything and seek external input.
Prioritise the Non-Urgent stuff too! Just because no one is screaming for it, doesn't mean it isn't important.
Have a success mindset. If they didn't believe in themselves and their products, their clients wouldn't believe in them either.
Like I said, successful business owners do common sense stuff, but is it your current habit to do all these things? If not when would now be a good time to get into good habits? How about booking onto a Business workshop, making some time to address these key points?! My next workshop is on Tuesday 4th June, 1745 - 2045 at the I-Tec college in Basildon. There are limited seats available so advance booking is essential. The course can be booked through this link: http://businessacceleratorbasildon.eventbrite.com
