Access Your Innate Business Expertise

For green/social businesses to channel their inner business expert.

I have many missions in life – one of them is to see green/social companies lead the way and set the agenda for business.  I put myself at the service of these organisations.  Not to teach/show you how to be successful – something much more useful than that… To teach you that you already have access to your own inner expert.  The best bit of advice I can give anyone in business is “don’t listen to expert advice”.  Just because something has worked for someone else, doesn’t mean it will work/is right for you.

You have innate business expertise…

Your wisdom always trumps the wisdom of someone else. If you look ‘outside’ for the answer, you will miss out on your own wisdom. My job is simply to guide you into an understanding of how your experience really works, and into knowing your innate capabilities.  This understanding will help you find the resilience to deal with challenges, the empathy to deal with staff, the creativity and innovation to have ideas and solutions, the peace of mind to take necessary risks, the energy to put in the hours, the confidence to close the deals, the personal connection to create deep connections with others.
