Non-Duality Retreat – Oct 11th-14th 2019

                                          Explore the mystery…

Following a wonderful Non-Duality retreat in Scotland, run along with my colleagues Sara Priestley & Ali Scott, we’re pleased to be offering our next relaxing, immersive and eye-opening experience for those who wish to deepen their understanding of our true nature (who we are before our ego’s got in the way).  It’s a chance to leave everything behind for a few days and share a conversation on a uniquely different perspective of life, that unites us all and relieves us of the idea that we are separate and isolated.

From our earliest memories, we’ve been forming ideas of who we are and what we need in order to be “okay”.  These beliefs can hold us in a near constant state of lack or unease, as life, from this perspective, feels like something we have to be constantly striving to get right.  Even if it feels like we’re doing well at life, we can still be at the mercy of the fear that we might lose it all.  This retreat is an opportunity to explore a different way of understanding life, in depth, with 3 very different teachers.  We all have our individual way of revealing this to you in a way that makes sense to your experience. You may discover on this retreat a sense of peace, freedom, or contentment that rises to the surface as the years of conditioning are gently drawn back.

This time we’re retreating to the Kent Countryside.  Kent is known as the garden of England, and we have selected a property in the Kent Downs, an area of outstanding natural beauty for our next retreat.  The last retreat provided a fantastic opportunity to hear more on non-duality from us 3 and explore this understanding in a supportive group setting. This one promises the same.  There will be lots of opportunities to ask the questions that you’ve always wanted to, make new friends and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Your Hosts

Ali Scott shares this understanding through her coaching, speaking and writing, often working with parents. She tenaciously points to true nature with a fierce love.

Vicky Kelly is often found working with the Business Community. She blends a clear understanding and love for truth with gentleness and good humour.

Published poet Sara Priestly teaches coaches and anyone looking to explore this understanding further. She has an incredible way with words, and always resolutely points back to who we are.

What to expect from the retreat

The accommodation is self-catered and comprises of one main property and 2 cosy barns.  The plan is for all guests to have their own room for downtime and reflection, however, if you are more than happy to share, or wish to attend as a couple, please let us know as we do have the option to make this work. Meetings will be in a relaxed living area in the main building. There will be talks morning and afternoon, with a lunch break for relaxing, walking, chatting with new friends and enjoying the countryside. There is also the opportunity to relax with us during the evenings or spend some peaceful time alone.

We are likely to do one shared evening meal together (probably on the Friday).  Please arrived fully stocked with your food for the weekend.  If you’d like to get in touch with other guests to see about cooking together, please let us know and we will put you in touch.
