Inside Out

The Understanding that governs my work

The Inside Out understanding that governs my work, challenges the way we understand life and points us in a direction that sets us free. Free from the isolation that comes with seeing ourselves as a separate ego. Free from expectation and judgement placed on ourselves and others. Free from stress, anxiety, boredom and dissatisfaction. Free from worry that we are not enough.

Once we have set ourselves free from the misunderstanding that had previously conditioned our life, we are available to discover our innate capabilities, our inner wellness, our true potential… all these resources that have been there all along. Not to mentioned the previously unnoticed opportunities available.

How would you feel differently if you weren’t bogged down by the idea of who you are?

If you could access your inner wisdom, what would you be capable of?

What if you knew that the sense of peace and tranquillity that you experience on rare occasions is the truth of who you really are. And that version of you is always there, always available…

…What would change? What would you do differently? How would that impact upon your life, your relationships, your career or business?

I share the Inside Out paradigm in my coaching, helping to point you in a direction allowing you to develop an understanding of who you really are and what you are really capable of. The Inside Out understanding (also known as Non-Duality) is a description of the human experience, and a breakthrough from culturally conditioned ideas. When you take this understanding on board, you open up to who you really are.  Love, peace, power, creation, contentment. Previously covered over by the constant seeking and resistance we are taught to pursue in our westernised society.

I share this different understanding with my 121 personal evolution clients, my business coaching clients, and within the potential realisation programmes for people development in organisations.  The recommended starting point is a 2 day workshop, although there are other options available.
