Due to popular demand and incredible feedback, I am bringing Reiki to my offering starting in September. I have been practicing Reiki on myself and my family since 2021. My partner asked “Why isn’t Reiki part of your business?” at around the same time that I felt an intuitive nudge to bring energy work to my coaching practice. I have been quietly building my practice in the background, ready for a September launch.
Everything is energy, it’s a fact of physics. Whether it is physical, emotional, internal, external, past or present; it is energy. Reiki is the practice of working with your energy, cleansing, healing, energising where required. It is a beautifully relaxing experience with many wonderful benefits.
I have been thinking of what I do as Reiki+. Combining my deep understanding of the human system – the way we think, our limiting beliefs, emotional/energetic blocks, core wounds and conditioning – and how these things all affect the way we experience our physical life, and applying my Reiki qualifications and Energy training to clear out what doesn’t serve and replace it with something new.
There are 2 ways you can experience Reiki+ with me.
1. As a standalone Reiki session, taken as part of a course of Reiki (I recommend a minimum of 4 sessions, 2 weeks apart to get you started)
2. In combination with coaching, to deeply work on a stubborn block or belief.
1 x Reiki+ session is £60
A block of 4 Reiki+ sessions is charged at £200.
To have combined with coaching, as a 90 minute session (either 45 mins coaching and 45 mins Reiki, or 1 hour coaching and 30 mins Reiki) the cost is £100.
Why is it called Reiki Wednesdays?
It’s important to me to provide a beautifully relaxing environment for my Reiki clients to get maximum enjoyment of this amazing therapy. As such, my work room in Hadleigh, Essex, which is usually a space for comfortable conversations, Zoom calls and admin, needs to be transformed into a lovely sanctuary!
Therefore the Reiki sessions are (at least initially) only available on Wednesdays. Between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
(If you absolutely cannot do Wednesdays, but are very keen to experience Reiki+ with me, please let me know and I’ll see what I can do).

Your appointments will take place in Hadleigh, Essex. Near the Morrisons.
Not far at all if you are from Leigh, Westcliff, Benfleet, Rayleigh or Southend.
