Professional Development Mentoring and Coaching

This straightforward service really is what it sounds like.  You can put on a series of 121 sessions for key members of your team, to help them receive impartial support and coaching to reach their professional goals and objectives.   This may be something you do as a short term intervention, when there are key moments that require support, or as an ongoing, light touch scheme, where your valued employees feel your support through the 121 coach that is available to them as they progress with their career.

The great thing about using me, rather than their coach being someone in-house, is that I am external and thus impartial and safe to talk to.  They do not need to worry that discussing their fears and concerns with me could see them being overlooked, or their ambitions could see them as a threat to their peers.  Also, the time with me is exclusively time for them.  I have no other function within your company that I am also expected to do within my working hours, so my time would never feel like it was torn between them and some other task.

You can employee me to help them work on specific challenges that have been identified as needs through their appraisal system, or simply for emotional wellbeing support when times are tough.  I have a wealth of knowledge and experience that can really help these individuals to increase their value to your company, while at the same time helping them feel supported and cared for.
