This privacy policy sets out how Vicky Kelly uses and protects any information that you give her when you use this website, or do get in touch with her.

Vicky Kelly is the sole processor of data for Butterfly Effect Coaching and is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should she ask you to provide any information by which you can be identified when using this website, or in any other form of communication, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Butterfly Effect Coaching/Vicky Kelly may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 13th February 2018.

What we collect

If you choose to work with us, we may collect the following information with your consent:

  • contact information including email address and telephone number
  • demographic information such as employment type, preferences and interests
  • other information relevant to our professional relationship, only when consented to by you


If we have connected with you through business networking, we will collect the information you choose to give us as listed on your business card.  As per the nature of normal business networking.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

We have only one data processor (Vicky Kelly) who works to ensures the security of all systems used to store your data, periodically checking that these systems are as secure as is possible.

Your information will never be given to a third party, with the exception of circumstances which are relevant to our professional relationship.  In such situations this would not be done without your prior express consent.

In some instances your data is processed using 3rd party software.  All due care and attention is taken to ensure that the software is only used in a way which is appropriate to our relationship with you.  We are not responsible for breeches made by the 3rd parties.

How we use cookies

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

If you wish for us to delete all/any records held on you, please write to us or email us as soon as possible at the above address.  The details will be deleted within 30 days.
