My three core areas of work are Employee Emotional Wellbeing, Professional Development Mentoring and Coaching, as well as supporting Leaders & Managers with their growth into the demands of the new role. This can be done in a 121 setting, or a group format. Traditionally this would be referred to as Executive Coaching or Training.
I’d create something bespoke to the needs of your team – so we’d start with a conversation on what’s important for you. The foundations of the work that I do are built on a shift in the understanding of what it takes for us to be okay. With this shift, improved wellbeing and professional development have room to flourish.
Currently, society teaches us to chase wellbeing and success at a surface level, but doesn’t take into consideration the conditioning and habitual thought patterns that affect our feelings of wellbeing and ability to achieve success. By changing the narrative on wellbeing and unravelling the conditioning received over a lifetime, we can then go on to build on the innate abilities of the individual. Emotional wellbeing, authentic leadership, excellent customer service, great relationships with clients and colleagues follow much more easily.
