Executive Coaching and Training
Your people are your greatest resource and your biggest liability. Carefully nurtured and supported, they can help you take on anything! We live in a face paced, demanding world, where the cost of not looking after these great resources can be high. I can help you with that nurturing and support.
The foundations of all the work that I do are built on a paradigm shift. A change in the understanding of what it takes for us to be okay. All wellbeing and resilience stem from here. Currently, society teaches us to chase wellbeing and success at a surface level. The results are never lasting. By changing the perspective, we can build on these foundations. Authentic leadership, excellent customer service, great relationships with clients and colleagues follow much more easily.
If you are an Employer, Business Leader or HR professional, it’s worth finding out a little bit more about how I work and the incredible changes it can make for your people. It might surprise you! Most people are walking around completely unaware that they are looking for happiness and security in the wrong place. Minds clouded with ideas that are there due to our culturally conditioned misunderstandings. I work with teams to remove these misunderstandings, and I’ve seen first hand how small changes in understanding can make a really big difference to well-being, happiness and productivity. These changes have a big impact on the experience of stress and worry – making room for inspiration, ideas and wisdom.
My two core areas of work are supporting Leaders & Managers with their growth and providing employee wellbeing and resilience training. This can be done in a 121 setting, or a group format. Traditionally this would be referred to as Executive Coaching or Training. I’d create something bespoke to the needs of your team – so let’s talk and see how that’s looking for you. Below are the 4 classic scenarios if you’d like to check out a little detail.
When I first met Vicky I thought I had gone as far as I wanted in my career. Vicky was able to help me see things from a different angle and soon I was thinking “Why shouldn’t I try to progress?” Already I have made another step “up the ladder”. I now have the motivation and desire to WANT to progress my career. If I had never been a client of Vicky’s I’d still be in the same role.
