Is it really that you don’t have time… or is it just out of your comfort zone?
I’ve recently created a short video about something I’ve been thinking a lot about lately.
So often we say, “I’d love to, but I just don’t have the time.” Or “That does sound really interesting, but I’m at capacity at the moment”
We say it to ourself and to others. But the truth is, time isn’t always the real issue.
Sometimes, it’s fear. Or discomfort. Or self-doubt.
And that “not enough time” story is just the one we’re most comfortable telling.
This came up for me recently when I noticed how often people say they want to change something; launch an idea, start creating new income, invest in their wellbeing – but then do absolutely nothing about it.
If any of this resonates, I’d love you to take a few minutes to watch the video and reflect.
And while you’re thinking about it…
What’s your “thing”?
The thing you keep saying you want to do, but somehow never get round to?
For some people in my world right now, that’s looking at other income options.
Not because they’re unhappy, but because they’re ready to stop trading all their hours for money, or want more freedom and flexibility.
If you’re feeling the nudge too, I’d love to hear what’s coming up for you.
